Movie Review: Student Of The Year

Few days ago i went to see the most advertised movie 'Student of the year' or so called SOTY. I decided to watch this movie coz of all the hype but then i realised that this movie lacked emotions and looked forced. This movie is nothing but a stereo typical Bollywood Drama.. Stupid songs, stupid acting and monotonous script. I felt like i was watching a musicals movie gone totally wrong. The dialogues were so damn stupid and amateur-ish. I wouldn't comment on the acting skills of the new comers, In fact The young trio never overacted. Actually it’s the situations in the film that do the overacting. During the whole movie i only had one reaction and that was >>>> :-| .... This movie was just like the any other stupid akshay kumar movies, which lack intelligence. I also compare this movie to RGV'S Bhoot Returns.... Its like Ram Gopal Varma in a more polished look.... He sucks audience blood with terribly horrible movies and K-Jo suck audience's blood with this ridiculously stupid Movie.... Such a waste of time. Still, this movie is meant to entertain the KJO fans, Akshay Kumar Fans and the rom-com stupid masala Bollywood movie lovers , and it succeeds in that.

Movie Rating : 1/5

A part of the movie:

Varun: Chalo canteen,
Sidharth: par kyun ??
Varun: Areey its aliahs turn

And then aliah starts dancing on an absurd song, looking all dolled up as if she missed her spooky prom night ...

Bwahahaha :p

We are in charge of our Attitudes.

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.

This picture reminds me of my dad . I remember he use to send the driver to my tuition class and make a geek, scholar bunk his class ones in a while and teach me driving in his 4*4 .... It was scary, yet fun ... I also remember he said to me that he was buying yet another big car for me and a small car for my mom ... I'm sure he is in heaven and very proud to see me drive a car now.. it was one of his dream to see me drive a car ..... Thanks mom n dad for all the love .... Mwah
